The staff at this hotel was super helpful during our stay over the New Year's holiday. Two members, Josh and Jay, went out of their way to assist us - helping us track down a lost wallet and resolving a smoky smell in our room. the hotel's location close to the border made it easy for us to access Macau, and staying in the "old town" gave us a unique and interesting perspective on local life.

We did experience some downsides during our stay. Despite being a non-smoking hotel, some guests chose not to follow this rule, leading to a smoky smell in our room.

I recently stayed at this place and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. Josh Wang was especially amazing, as he helped me recover my husband's wallet that we had accidentally left in a car. Jay also deserves a special mention for resolving a smoky smell issue in my room. They made our stay here truly memorable.

Some guests were inconsiderate and smoked in their non-smoking rooms, which was unpleasant. the cafe was a bit cramped and not very comfortable.
